About Me & Pole Fitness
I'm Anna, the owner of Flaunta. I first started Pole fitness in 2014 when a friend persuaded me to give it a try. I was reluctant at first, but from my first lesson I was hooked ! Even though my friend stopped attending, I carried on and never looked back.
In 2019, I became a fully qualified pole fitness instructor and opened the Flaunta studio
Pole Fitness gives you a real balance of strength and style. The more you accomplish, the more you are aware of your body and how capable it is; it is also so empowering being able to do something you never thought you’d be able to. I love seeing my students grow in confidence week on week.
Pole Fitness is a fun and exciting way to get fit, and is a great way to meet new people. It can be adapted to suit your ability - this is your fitness session and I am here to teach a combination of spins and tricks which will give you a great workout and a sense of achievement.
A typical pole class combines so many different types of exercise. Depending on the intensity of your moves, Pole can be classed as interval training which is a great way to burn fat and is fantastic for muscle toning.
When you attend a pole fitness class you won’t even realise you are exercising. Until the satisfying aches the next day of course !! You will feel a great sense of triumph when you master your first basic spin or step and glide. That feel good factor will boost your self esteem and pole will soon become addictive.
